The sliding contact line powered rail flatcar directly supplies 380V AC safety contact line power to the flatcar’s AC control system for starting, stopping, forward movement, and reversing. Power is supplied to the flatcar by the movement of the flatcar, which moves the sliding contact line’s slider. The safety contact line is limited by its installation location; it can be installed in the middle of the track or in a trench outside the track. For safety and convenience, a cover can be added to the trench, and an automatic flip-up device allows power to be introduced from the trench to the rail flatcar. The operating system uses a low-voltage 36V power supply.
