Trackless Transfer Cart are widely used for material handling in heavy manufacturing workshops. Early electric flatbed carts typically used rail power. However, with the expansion of production scale, goods may need to be transported over long distances, thus greatly limiting the track laying requirements for rail-based vehicles. This led to the development of trackless flatbed carts, also called trackless electric flatbed carts, trackless transport vehicles, trackless handling vehicles, wheeled transport vehicles, etc., which are wheeled handling equipment capable of manual control and arbitrary steering.

Performance Advantages

2、The wheels are made of solid cast steel with an outer polyurethane coating, which reduces the overall height of the vehicle and ensures operational stability.

3、The flatbed cart uses a balance beam or can be equipped with supports to assist in flexible rotation of the dome.

4、Dual drive system increases the power of the cart during operation.

5、Dual control system using an onboard handle and wireless remote control; the handle is equipped with a directional joystick for simpler and more flexible control.

6、The platform can be fitted with anti-slip rubber or wooden boards to protect the workpieces and prevent direct contact between the workpieces and the vehicle body, thus preventing damage.

Currently, this series of trackless electric flatbed carts is used for transitional transport between multiple workshops, offering greater convenience than rail-mounted flatbed carts and significantly improving work efficiency. It is widely used in automobile production, shipbuilding, mold stamping, steel processing, and the transportation and assembly of large machinery and equipment.
